Surgical
Small, hidden incisions are the key here. Surgical options to correct the aging problems of the neck are varied. One may need liposuction of fat in the neck or jowls, muscle plication or suspension, skin resection, or a combination of any of these.

Nonsurgical
The best nonsurgical option for most patients is Thermage®. Just one treatment, taking 1 to 2 hours, can redefine the jaw-line and tighten and lift the neck. The results are not as dramatic as a surgical neck lift, but for many patients without the time for recovery or desire to undergo surgery, Thermage® is just right.
